On our way back from Rochester last year, we got off I-75 and drove
around the Seven Mile - Oakland area a little. The house on the
left is our house on Robinwood. We moved there in 1967 and Mom
lived there until she moved to Fraser in '71. |
The second house from the
corner is the house on Brentwood where we lived from '63 to '67. I
went to High School during the time we lived here. |
This is the look up Robinwood from the end of our block. I didn't
count, but it seemed that more than half of the houses that were on the
block are now gone. |

Here we are at the State Park at Sandbridge, playing basketball. I
was sore for a couple days. |

Cricket and Bill at the beach.
There are more Sandbridge pictures
here. |

Greg and I - well, mostly Greg - broke up the concrete steps ourselves.
Once he gets going, Greg is a destructive machine. |

This year we got the house
repainted. This is, for the oblivious among you, is the before
picture. |
Beginning last year and continuing into 05, Cindy installed this
landscaping, commonly called Hasta City. Note the fallen mimosa
blossoms on the ground; we had a bumper crop this year. |
Here's the back of the house with no shingles.
The house is old enough to have what looked like 1 x 10s instead of
sheets for the roof.

Over Labor Day, we went to the Trigon Centennial celebration. This
is the room I lived in and these guys are two of my roomies: Bob and
Lauren. |
The old Trigon building now
houses the Karl Gregory coop.

This one doesn't have anything to do with us, but it sure is cool. |
